This proposal will be comprised of what I will be doing for your company Top Notch Networking. This proposal is to lay out the details of what I will do for this project, how it will get done, and when it will get done. Awaken Media Solutions will be working on planning, implementing, and adjusting the digital marketing strategy for TNN. This will be a plan where interaction with your team and I will increase as I will be working hand in hand with you to help your team grow.

As a digital marketing agency, Awaken Media Solutions understands the importance of collaborating closely with you and your team to ensure that our marketing strategies align with TNN’s goals and vision. We believe that by working with TNN’s team, we can provide a more personalized approach that meets the unique needs of your business.

During the planning phase, we will conduct extensive research to identify your target audience, analyze your competitors, and determine the most effective channels for reaching your audience. Working on top of what we have already established, based on our findings, we will develop a customized digital marketing plan that includes various tactics such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, PPC, website development, local listings, CRM, and email marketing.

Once the plan is in place, we will begin implementing it while closely monitoring the results. We will use various tools and analytics to measure the success of each tactic, allowing us to adjust and refine the strategy as needed to optimize results.

As we work together, our team will also provide regular updates and progress reports to ensure that everyone involved is on the same page. We believe that transparency and clear communication are essential for building a successful partnership and achieving your business goals.

Scope of Service

This section will show you the proposed services for the planning, implementation, and adjusting of the digital marketing plan for TNN. This includes: 1. Building the full digital marketing plan 2. Brainstorming session 3. Digital Marketing Strategy (Sales funnel) Implementation 4. Deliver results reports every month and adjustment plans.

Building the full digital marketing plan

This will work upon the other plans that I have built for you. The other digital marketing strategy components include: 1. Website development (Landing page and funnel design) 2. Local listings service 3. Paid advertising service 4. CRM development 5. Email marketing system

Brainstorming session

We will meet in person to talk about if there have been any changes to your branding and to get on the same level with your team. This will also be an opportunity to shoot content for the month. This brainstorming session will be as long as it needs to be so that we will cover each topic thoroughly. Brainstorming session agenda: 1. Go over what we have already. (Target audience, branding, and competitive analysis) 2. Talk about expectations and goals of your team and mine. 3. Go over the timeline of how the strategy will be developed. 4. Go over any information that I need from your team to start development. (log in information, ad spend, and more) 5. Talk about the "how" I will work with you and your team to develop content. 6. Present the flow of the full sales 7. Final thoughts

Digital Marketing Strategy (Sales funnel) Implementation

Top of Funnel Activities

1. SEO Writing 1 (1000 word) blog post per week Local listings service (Optimizing your Google My Business, adding you to other local listings, and monitoring them) Ghostwriting 1 (1000 word) post on another website (related to your industry) 2. Social Media Management Posting to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (when possible) Posting 3–5 times per week (including 2-3 single posts, 1–2 reels, posting 5–6 stories whereever possible). 3. Paid (ads) Working on Google Ads, social media ads, and video ads (whereever possible). We will create different ad sets for each campaign. 4. Content development My team will be creating content for each of the needs of the marketing strategy. This includes: Video production (onsite & offsite) and editing, photography and editing, graphic design, and copywriting.

Middle of Funnel Activities

1. Landing page development and monitoring Create landing pages or edit the pages you already have to have a focus on conversions. These are to supplement the efforts of the top of funnel activities. 2. Hook development and implementation Develop low-priced offers to get clients in the door and develop content ideas that will hook potential clients to give their information. 3. Website maintenance and management Optimize and manage your website, so it can be ready to convert when a potential client lands on the website. 4. Communications strategy development and implementation Develop communication marketing blasts to the company's email and text list. This includes: a monthly newsletter to keep people up-to-date on company updates and anything IT. Create email and text message flow for what the lead has signed up for.

Bottom of Funnel Activities

1. CRM development Create a CRM Pipeline for the services you'd like to focus on. On the platform of your choosing. Develop an automation flow for the CRM. (Automated emails, text messages, voice mail drops, Call follow-up flows, and more. Make sure everything is connected to make the client conversion and monitoring process as seamless as possible. 2. Conversion pages development Alongside the CRM development, we will create conversion pages that follow up the landing pages, whether it be appointment calendars or payment gateways. 3. Email follow-ups Develop email follow-ups for reminder campaigns, or appointment confirmations, or appointments missed to increase conversions.

Retention Activities

1. Retargeting (ad and email) campaigns for those that didn't convert from the core offer or from hooks. 2. Email campaigns specifically for nurturing current clients.

Other Important Activities

1. Email Onboarding Create email onboarding campaigns for a seamless onboarding experience. 2. Affiliate/Referral Development Create a referral system that encourages current clients to refer other people to your service. 3. Review harvesting Develop an automated review system that increases client reviews.

Deliver results reports every month and adjustment plans

The last week of the month you will receive a report of the following: 1. CRM Statistics 2. Email Statistics 3. Advertising Statistics 4. SEO Statistics 5. Website Statistics 6. Social Media Statistics All of this will be sent out with ideas and what will be edited for the next month of marketing strategy.
