Proposal presented by: Awaken Media Solutions

Dear Arianah and Esteemed Board Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am grateful for the opportunity to have met with you and the board during the recent gathering at the Beaumont Cherry Festival event. Thank you for your warm reception and for considering our collaboration.

I am here on behalf of Awaken Media Solutions to discuss exclusively the enhancement of your social media platforms, specifically focusing on Instagram and Facebook. Our objective is to rejuvenate your online presence, significantly boost engagement, and solidify your brand’s recognition through strategic content creation. I will be working on a separate proposal for the photography and videography for the 4 days of the event. Expect that proposal after this proposal is sent.

Our approach will incorporate a dynamic mix of reels, photo posts, and graphics, specially designed to highlight community involvement and foster meaningful connections. We will detail the execution strategy as we progress with this proposal.

Should you have any queries, or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am eager to assist and will respond promptly to your inquiries.

Thank you for considering this initiative. I look forward to the possibility of working together to bring a new vibrancy to the Beaumont Cherry Festival’s social media outreach.

Warm regards,

Scope Of Services

1. Fast start social media posting 2. Create a social media campaign for the Beaumont Cherry Festival 3. Brainstorming session 4. Make content specific to the Cherry Festival We will be requesting access to your social media accounts so that we can use a scheduling platform. A scheduling platform is a software that allows us to post in advance for the month.

Fast Start Social Media Posting

I've realized the importance of initiating our social media outreach promptly to spark interest in the Beaumont Cherry Festival. Therefore, I plan to begin crafting social media posts for the upcoming week, starting April 15th. To ensure a running start, I'll also prepare posts for the preceding weekend, April 13th and 14th. To achieve this, I kindly request any content you currently have available. This will greatly assist in kick-starting our promotional efforts effectively.

Create a Social Media Campaign for the Beaumont Cherry Festival

Upon receiving my proposal email, you should have also found a branding questionnaire and a targeting persona questionnaire attached. I would greatly appreciate it if you could fill these out to the best of your ability. Your insights will be instrumental in supplementing my research from the internet and our website. I need this information to start working on the social media campaign. I plan to present it at the next board meeting brainstorming session. In the social media campaign document I'll be sharing, we will address several key questions to ensure our campaign's success: What branding do we have? - This will help us understand and leverage our unique identity and values. Why would people want to come to us? - Identifying the unique attractions and experiences we offer that distinguish us from others. How are our competitors setting up their social media? - Analyzing our competitors' strategies can provide insights into what works (and what doesn't) within our industry. What are the keywords we want to develop? - Determining specific keywords will enhance our visibility and searchability online. How does our community respond to each post? - Monitoring and evaluating the community's engagement with our posts will guide us in refining our approach to maximize impact. Your collaboration in filling out the provided questionnaires will be invaluable as we lay the groundwork for a successful social media campaign. Thank you for your cooperation and contribution to this essential phase of our marketing efforts.

Brainstorming Session

The upcoming meeting will serve as an opportunity to review our recent social media postings and to further develop our social media campaign document. This session is designed to foster a comprehensive discussion regarding our social media strategy, focusing on how we intend to manage our postings week by week. This platform will enable us to collaboratively assess the effectiveness of our current content, make necessary adjustments, and plan for future posts. It's crucial that we leverage this meeting to align on our objectives, tactics, and timelines to ensure a cohesive and effective social media presence for the Beaumont Cherry Festival. Your insights and contributions will be invaluable as we refine our approach and set the course for our ongoing social media initiatives.

Make content specific to the Cherry Festival

During the first board meeting (the one we met at), we reached a consensus on the structure of our pre-event social media campaign, establishing a pattern of consistency and engagement leading up to the event. The agreed-upon strategy includes: We will be posting to Instagram and Facebook 2 to 4 times a week with daily stories. We would host at least 1 Instagram Live every month. - Publishing 2 to 4 single posts each week to maintain a steady stream of content that keeps our audience informed and engaged. - Creating 1 to 2 reels per week to leverage dynamic and engaging content formats, enhancing our visibility and reach on platforms that favor such content. - Sharing 3 to 7 stories per week to ensure continuous engagement and provide real-time updates and behind-the-scenes looks, keeping our audience connected and involved. - Having 1 Instagram Live to serve as interactive platforms to engage directly with our audience, offering real-time updates, Q&A segments, and exclusive previews of what attendees can expect at the Beaumont Cherry Festival. Additionally, we've decided to adopt a proactive approach to content creation. Each month, we will brainstorm and devise content ideas for the upcoming weeks. This collaborative effort will include direct involvement in the pre-planning, shooting, and editing phases of content production, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of quality and relevance in our social media outputs. This structured approach allows us to systematically plan our content, ensuring diversity in our postings while keeping our audience engaged and looking forward to the Beaumont Cherry Festival.

Timeline of the Project

After you accept the proposal and make the first payment we will: 1. Work with you to make content to be posted as soon as the 13th. 2. Develop the social media campaign for the Beaumont Cherry Festival 3. I will go over the plan I have in the brainstorming session 4. Set dates for you to review the content that is to be posted My team and I will be focused on creating the content for the remainder of April over the next week. After creating the content, we will send it over for your approval. Once approved, we will proceed to schedule the content for publication using the automation software we are utilizing. This will be our standard procedure for the upcoming months unless otherwise directed by you and your team. Currently, our arrangement is set for a three-month term. April and May will focus on pre-event content creation and posting, while June will be dedicated to post-event content. This schedule ensures comprehensive coverage and engagement throughout the duration of the event lifecycle. Should we wish to extend our social media services beyond these three months, we will reconvene to review and discuss the potential continuation of our agreement. This future meeting will allow us to assess the effectiveness of our strategy and make any necessary adjustments moving forward.
