This section will show you the proposed services for the planning, implementation, and adjusting of the digital marketing plan for Startup Loans USA. This includes: 1. Building the SEM Strategy 2. Brainstorming Session 3. Website Development 4. SEM (Paid Ads) Implementation 5. Deliver results reports every month and adjustment plans.

Building the SEM strategy around your team

I will be working closely with your team to understand your brand. I have a branding and buyer's persona questionnaire for you and your team to fill out. The general idea is to have a layout of how we will be advertising your brand. This includes: 1. The platform for presenting the ads (Google and maybe others) 2. The research and plan organized into one document for future use. 3. Ideas for landing pages. 4. The type of ads that we will be using for the campaigns and how many. 5. The ad spend used for testing, and for implementation. 6. How we will measure each campaign and adjust as necessary

Brainstorming session

We will meet in person to talk about if there have been any changes to your branding and to get on the same level with your team. This will also be an opportunity to shoot content for the month. This brainstorming session will be as long as it needs to be so that we will cover each topic thoroughly. Brainstorming session agenda: 1. Go over what we have already. (Target audience, branding, and competitive analysis) 2. Talk about expectations and goals of your team and mine. 3. Go over the timeline of how the strategy will be developed. 4. Go over any information that I need from your team to start development. (log in information, ad spend, and more) 5. Talk about the "how" I will work with you and your team to develop content. 6. Present the flow of the full sales 7. Final thoughts

Website Development

Website development includes any technical SEO and design updates we would be implementing on your website. This includes: 1. Design updates to make your website look better 2. Create or edit landing pages needed to work closely with the advertising. 3. Technical updates to improve your website's performance on search engines like Google. 4. Development of SEO keywords on your website so your team can rank higher in the search results.

SEM (Paid Ads) Implementation

Once we have the strategy in place and the website focused on the keywords we will be using for the ad campaigns, we will start running tests. These tests would take 2–4 weeks. Then with the results of the tests, we will push the winning advertising campaigns and try new strategies with the losers.

Search Engine Optimization

Search Engine Optimization is what can propel you further than your current competition. With the right SEO strategy, your website can rank higher on search engine results pages, driving more traffic and leads to your business. After the first month we will be sending you Google advertising monthly statistics and conversion statistics. Here is a monthly timeline for the current services provided: Week 1: This would be the planning stage week when we get all material together to form the strategy and meet over Google Meet and have our brainstorming session. We will also start optimizing web pages for the advertising strategy. Week 2: Finish optimizing web pages for ads. Launch new ad campaigns and ad groups. Monitor and optimize existing campaigns for performance. Week 3: Analyze ad performance and adjust bids and targeting as needed. Develop new ad copy. Work with different analytic tools to optimize our strategy. Week 4: Reports and analytics for the first month and what we will be doing for the following month. Please have patience with us on the first month as we will be creating assets such as content for ads, ad campaigns, and other marketing materials to ensure that we have a strong marketing strategy. During the first month, we will collect information about your business and your audience to develop assets that meet your audience's needs and your business goals. We will work closely with you to ensure that the assets we create are on-brand and meet your expectations. Once we have created these assets, we will start implementing the strategy and monitoring the performance of each tactic. Here are the four key areas where you'll be investing in: Building the SEM strategy: Our team of experts will conduct extensive research to determine your audience, analyze your competitors, and determine the best channels to reach your target audience. We will then develop a comprehensive SEM strategy that includes content marketing and PPC. Brainstorming session: We'll have a brainstorming session to work together to identify any new opportunities, refine the digital marketing plan, and make adjustments based on your feedback. Website Development: We'll optimize your website for search engines and user experience, ensuring that it's mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversion. This would be an initial charge of $500 then $50 monthly for maintenance. SEM (Paid Ads) Implementation: We'll create and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic to your website. Deliver Results Reports every Month and Adjustment Plans: We'll provide regular progress reports that detail the success of the SEM strategy and provide a plan for making any necessary changes to the program. By using our digital marketing services, you'll be setting your business up for long-term success, increasing your online visibility and driving more traffic to your website. *Notes* My policy for advertising: The first payment of $600 will be made after the proposal has been signed. The final portion of $600 will be when the advertising campaign has found a working ad for your business. A working advertisement: This ad will provide you with at least 2x on investment from labor and ad spend combined for that month. My guarantee: If I don't find a working ad for your business, you won't have to pay the final portion of the advertising campaign payment. After I find you a working advertisement: You will pay the final payment, and we will work on a monthly basis. The monthly basis payment is $250 minimum plus 10% of ad spend over $1000.

When payments are made: The first payment of 1375 will be made after signing the proposal. The final payment for each project (and the transfer to monthly) will be separated depending on how I perform. The last payment for website services (of 400) will be made when the final design is accepted for the website development services. I will receive the final payment ($375) for SEO services once I have provided your team with the first five 1000+ word blogs, set up local listing pages, and completed your first ghostwritten blog. The monthly plan will start once we have delivered on the initial SEO services. As mentioned above, there is a different policy for the last advertisement payment. We will then switch to monthly services once the initial set up has been completed and paid for. Monthly is as follows: 1. SEM: $250 base plus 10% of ad spend over $1000 2. SEO: $750 monthly Total: 1000 monthly plus 10% of ad spend over $1000 I will add to this price if you decide to get add-ons. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them!
