Thank you for choosing me for video capturing your event. Below is a proposal to reiterate what was said on the phone call and to make sure what I’m going to do for you is clear.

What I will do for you

Day of Production

I will arrive at the event 15 minutes before the event starts to set up my gear. I will set up my camera and wait for the event to start. During the event I will be recording at 2 possible locations to get different angles. I may just get one angle if it's too much of a distraction.

Post Production

After the event, I will edit the footage and send it to you through Google photos no later than 1 week of the film date.

The first payment of 175 is to be sent after signing this contract and the last payment of 175 will be sent after the video has been approved. Please send payment through Quickbooks Payments.
